The User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design team of a global retail organization had a unique creative culture and working style. The industry got hit by the pandemic. In order to stay competitive had to quickly innovate its e-commerce capabilities. The Consultant had to strike a balance between enabling the team for predictable delivery while respecting self-determination.
User-Centered Project Management
A Medicare Advantage health insurance organization wanted to achieve the highest quality and performance standard from the federal government in customer satisfaction and quality of care. Complex strategic programs were underway. The Consultant joined the organization to develop a new consultative Enterprise Project Management Office with the purpose of providing guidance to leadership in the planning and implementation of those projects.
