A Medicare health insurance organization wanted to achieve a "Five Star” plan rating. Complex strategic programs were underway and under tight timeframes. I joined to develop a new consultative PMO with the purpose of providing guidance to leadership and managers in the planning and implementation of those projects.

The User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design team of a retail organization had a unique creative culture and working style. The industry got hit by the pandemic. In order to stay competitive had to quickly innovate its e-commerce capabilities. As Agile consultant, I had to strike a balance between enabling the team for predictable delivery while respecting self-determination.

There was a need to create spaces for generating new product ideas from the ground up. A Senior Director of Engineering wanted to begin a series of workshops to foster a culture of continuous innovation. I was already an embedded consultant and gladly accepted the invitation to pioneer the design and execution of the first workshop of that kind.
